Help, I can't identify this champion my opponent is playing [BUG REPORT]

So in champion select, I thought this guy picked Blitzcrank, but when we're in game he's not playing Blitzcrank.

It's just some random guy I've never seen before. The most inconspicuous guy you'd never expect to be in a game about Legends. If this guy was legendary, I'd probably have heard of him, but he's way too normal to be in this league.

And for some reason, he has the same kit as Blitzcrank! If I didn't know any better, I'd say that he would look exactly like Blitzcrank if he took off his glasses or something!

Something smells fishy here, and I really wish Rito would address this bug because this hacker was Definitely Not Blizcrank.
