Riot games skin team logic

It's very possible that a "Dark Star AS" is very close to plain old default AS, which is something they try to avoid because each skin should be easily distinguishable from the rest and give a different experience for the player. If you ask me, I think an incredibly amazing AS skin that will blow you away is in the works (I mean, it's past due after all).
