He only has 3 abilities and if you switch his weapons you can keep using his Q. Also, he has a big bomb that causes him to automatically shoot everyone in the blast and the only thing you need to worry about leveling up are three stats.
once again riot makes a champ which has inherent changes to how a AA functions....
