Sugestion for a New League System

BEFORE YOU DISLIKE, LOOK AT THE CATEGORY

Troll Jungler Tier: This is a tier where lower Elo players are automatically placed if they pick a sub-optimal jungler such as Blitzcrank, Karma, or Sona. Higher Elo players are immune to this automatic placement as they are assumed to be skilled enough to play an off meta pick. Players of any Elo are placed here if they attempt to jungle without smite. There is no way out.

Garbage Tier: This is the tier players are placed in after being reported and having their games spectated by a Riot employee. Players put here include supports that won't build a sightstone, ADC's that can't last hit, and people who pick Nunu.

New Bronze Tier: This tier is very similar to our current Bronze, only all players are given the Shamrock Malphite skin for good luck so maybe the few good players won't be matched with idiot teammates who insist on playing AP Lee Sin.

Prove your Worth Tier: This tier is designed just to make sure no AP Lee Sin players got lucky with their Shamrock Malphite skins. This tier is the largest and hardest to leave just to make sure it lacks lucky yet terrible players.

Decent Player Tier: This is the ideal tier for most players, not too bad, not too good. However, players stuck in New Bronze can ask to be spectated by a Riot employee for a few games. If the New Bronze player seems to be fairly good but unable to carry a team of AP Lee Sins, they will be put in Decent Player.

Good Player Tier, Great Player Tier, Challenger Tier These tiers are pretty much the same as our current system, no explanation required.

Can Play Nunu And Win Tier: The most prestigious tier, players are put into this tier after somehow managing to win a game as Nunu. Only the top 0.01% of League players can make it here.
