Lissandra currently has a 47.8% win rate. If you are losing to her so consistently that you think her "freelo" (which the simple fact that you even see her enough to just play against her consistently when she has a 1.8% pick rate is already stretching facts), then you just need to learn how to properly play against her.
i would argue that a more freelo champ (assuming the person playing them knows what to do) that not everyone plays is trundle
