Poppy getting buffed!

I still feel as if she should get a ratio of some kind on her passive's damage. It feels absolutely pitiful at all stages of the game.

345 -> 340 was part of a set of compensation nerfs for the changes on her r. the compensation nerfs were a bit too much, so they're undoing the compensation nerfs very slowly until the change ends up "power neutral"

pretty sure the rioter who's said it has been quoted by multiple people multiple times every time this comes up

i'd rather have the pre "compensation" nerf. If people are getting so much out of the ability to hit an enemy for .75 seconds during the ult... they weren't utilizing poppy's kit in the first place with a point blank R....

Wasn't 5 movement speed the nerf that "killed" lee?

It's not supposed to be buff, it's supposed to be revert of some of the changes.

Her changes were done by the reworker himself, something he wanted to follow up with right away but didn't have the time, something that was supposed to be power shift rather than nerf/buff. It ended up as nerf slightly so he reverted some of the changes done.

This has been said like millenia ago.
