Some turret and related balance changes, because they're too powerful

Turrets can no longer target enemies unless there are no other units nearby, including allies. This prevents the problem of getting killed by towers when you totally outplayed the enemy and should've won that fight.

To compensate for that change, which adversely effects the usefulness of certain tower-diving abilities, the following champions gain 50% increased damage and 50% damage resistance while near any turret:

Turrets now take multiplied bonus damage based on the number of champions present. Up to a total of 10x normal damage. They have also had their armor reduced to -10.
