Im challeging you Riot!
While im perma banned, Im going to do the level 20 challange. If i make it without a single flamming, will you recover my account? Since ive lost my whole life im just gonna go full in and ask you this. Up for it or no?

if anything it should be lvl 30. but a perma is a perma so it wont work
Level 20 is literally 1 week and that's not enough proof. You should go through a 3 month probation period.
You give Rito the necessary information of your new account so that they can track you.
Your punishment will be:
Month 1 Muted This will let you calm down and be less toxic. Of course this is only limited to in-game. If any reports outside of the game happen then you lose all eligibility. This means in queue and post game lobby.
Month 2 Chat restricted 3 strikes and you'll either be returned to month 1 status or you'll lose all eligibility. This should be decided upon by a Rito employee that does case reviews. If you do get a repeat and manage to get 3 more strikes while in month 2 you get no further chances.
Month 3 Lifted chat restriction Another 3 strikes. If you hit all 3 you will not be able to retrieve your perma-banned account.
