Hmm... Last champion I do believe was Vel'Koz, and the last game I played was actually me doing some nostalgia visiting to some of my old games so

Behold the newest addition to Civilization V, the Plague Jungle Monkeys, led by Sun Wukong.
Unique Ability: King of the Jungle - All units gain +1 movement and +33% combat bonus on jungle tiles. Tile improvements can be built on jungle without removing it. +1 production from jungle tiles.
Unique Unit: Monkey Warrior - A replacement for the Swordsman. Costs no Iron. Higher attack strength than a Swordsman but lower defense strength. Can plant a Decoy, which looks like a Monkey Warrior to an enemy but will detonate upon being attacked, dealing a chunk of damage to the attacker if the attacker was melee.
Unique Great Person: Monkey Warlord - A replacement for the Great General. Like Great Generals, provides 15% combat bonus to nearby units and can start Golden Ages. However, Monkey Warlords can plant Plague Citadels, which are like normal Citadels but automatically turn the surrounding terrain into jungle. Nearby enemy units will not only take damage but be afflicted with plague, causing them to lose combat strength and limit their movement to 1.

Prob end up like the end of 300 where she's just decimated by the sheer number of enemies.
