well when you put it that way, i guess im a yes man!
Riot don't release their detailed rational behind the balance stuff they do, its usually in the lines of - "we feel akali raping people so we nerf her ult a little" ,"bla bla bla longer cd to give more breathing space", how they come with that change exactly with those numbers? how they decide its time to nerf? (is there a general consensus in the team or there are different rationals) and im sure it much more complicated then that.
there is a lot of grief around balancing, in the end we all need to face those champs in our games, if it will be more transparent maybe the community can help too, (prove things are broken using the whole rational the balance team uses ), like open source balancing given enough eyeballs, all bugs are shallow
