Why did you get fired?

It was the company's fault because:

1. It was a toxic work environment (while flaming from desk to desk wasn't allowed, there was a lot of passive aggressive trolling and inting)
2. The management was boosted, no one knew their stuff
3. There was no focus on objectives, focus was poor, resulting in widespread frustration
4. The CS department was poor

It was also your fault because:

1. You got reported for "unworkmanlike" behaviour (playing League whenever your friends pinged that management was MIA)
2. You never pinged your firm when you accidentally missed deadlines
3. You refused to take a hit for the firm's Carry (but come on, that's not really fair, you may be part of the Support staff but you've got your pride too), as a result you were labelled a poor team player at the company
4. You didn't itemise for the necessary contingencies, this led to a number of losses
