Fake, they mash their head not their hands.
If you look closely, Kermit is actually "skillfully" pressing each button on purpose with 100% accuracy and precision. By doing this, Kermit is proving that 
really is a champion that needs... skill. Oh yeah and that 
needs to be nerfed, always killing me by mashing buttons.
