I believe she's holding a grudge because he resists her charms for his true lover.

I feel like somewhere she said "You too, Ez". Maybe it was in the video.
Having 3 younger sisters and no brothers, there were multiple occasions when my parents to call "girls!" and expect me to come too. It could be a similar situation, but I do agree the line feels odd when you're playing Ezreal.
I had that same thought, but I figured Taric did a number on him.
