It feels like it takes 30 minutes to get into a game thats over in 5 minutes.
PEOPLE ARE NOT DODGING! There are a lot of thick people who don't realize you need to lock in your picks. They're not dodging, they're being kicked for not being able to read.

Sometimes you're like "He's going disco Nunu ADC, announced us he was going to troll, has been flaming us all through select, he just called me a %%%... But do I wanna queue for 30 mins again?".

It's taking too long to get into game versus Team builder. The whole thing is fucking stupid. Managers making stupid decisions at RITO. Plus I am not even getting my first pick the most anymore.
I hate this new system. I don't want to play 2 different roles. Find a better way to improve queue times.
And Teambuilder should have stayed for unranked games.
I dislike it enough that I am not going to play anymore. I will not be forced to play roles I don't want to, and Teambuilder was perfect for that (and the champ you wanted).
Max time the dodgers waste for you is 5 minutes. Is sad.
