Can we get a handicap buff when there's a yasuo on the team

I really don't understand why Yasuo players are such shitards, but there should really be a handicap mode activated once you get him on your team. The 2/17 powerspike memes are funny and all, but you really can't bloody win with that. I sugest a buff that randomly executes an enemy champ when ever a Yasuo dies.

Why is Yasuo such a moron magnet? So many people who play him have donkey brains and I just want to know why.
