He needs needs to get an emote for every mastery level, not just 4+. Unlike other champions spamming your mastery is an essential part of playing Yasuo, so new Yasuo players should be able to utilize his full kit without having to wait until mastery 4.

The game should additionally just spam the emote for Yasuo players any time they take any action
Yasuo players are gods in Ritos eyes and should not be bothered with such tasks
