I got KDA Presitge Kai'sa and compared to the Akali skin, Akali looks like an actual skin while Kai'sa looks like a Chroma. Very disapointed I wasted my Points

Relax dudes, Akali will come with the snowdown event, you will use other types of tokens there. Check twitter for more info

You will need to save up tokens during the Snowdown event to buy here. the exact amount and details so far are unknown. From the Surrender@20 page:

K/DA Akali Prestige Edition’s obtainability is currently being finalized. Snowdown event in 8.24 which will award Snow Tokens. More details coming soon so stay tuned!"
