Unfortunately, as my colleague mentioned, a rightfully placed punishment of any kind cannot be lifted or modified under any circumstances, no matter how much times passes. I have no doubt that you are seeing the game in a new light after what happened and that you would be able to completely avoid this kind of situations, but your account has been flagged as being negative on multiple occasions and was suspended as a result. I'm afraid that a permanent suspension is, quite literally, permanent and one cannot really go back from that.

If you want to keep playing the game, you will have to do it on a new account. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help. 😞
