M'aiq knows much, tells some. M'aiq knows many things others do not.
Basically, imagine you ran across M'aiq the Liar in Runeterra (or at least an equivalent of him). What sorts of things do you think he'd tell you?

"M'aiq thinks the girl Riven is silly. Why does she use a broken sword? Would she not be better off with a new one that is not broken?"
