When I did Legendary difficulty (higher than Master), I almost always had a Follower with me and devoted points to Conjuration for Twin Souls. Just relied on everyone else to do a lot of the fighting for me, or at least draw aggro. If you have a Follower that also uses Conjuration, you can march through Draugr Barrows and everywhere with a small army. The most hilarious thing is sometimes your summons don't play nice with your Follower's summons, and you'll get this gigantic, hilarious, and chaotic brawl between your stuff, their stuff, and the stuff you're supposed to be fighting.
