If have the ability to push really fast and win duels, and I see my team is alive to defend, hell yeah I'll push. It will either force some of them to back or my team should be able to slow then down enough and stop recalls for me to get a turrets or two. Of course if your team has no chance to defend and needs you there that's a different issue..
