Why isn't Midnight Ahri in Snow ARURF?

Just seems weird that they included Lissandra with her default skin but left out Midnight Ahri where she is winter attire I guess I am just a bit salty because Ahri is one of the most fun to play champs in URF IMO

Lissandra is an ice witch. She is literally a block of ice. It definitely fits. Idk why they did not include Ahri.

I legitimately wonder why Candy Cane MF wasn't included, since ALL snowdown skins were supposed to be allowed.
