We're nerfing Lethal tempo right?

we're nerfing lethal tempo right? Right? I mean, who the hell thought it would be a good idea to just let master yi have 30% more attackspeed for nothing? Sorcery AP gets nerfed because "muh MR roonz" but AD champions get to amp up their entire team's damage against whoever they attack. Hell, I've seen some ranged supports take lethal tempo because that damage burst + amp is so good. When will the favoritism stop, Riot? Why must master yi ALWAYS get superior treatment
