WTF IS THIS LEE BUFF?

HOW DARE riot buff a champion at a 46% winrate! HOW DARE they compensate a champion for almost completely removing his identity! HOW DARE he be able to do ACTUAL damage late game instead of hitting like a wet fucking noodle! How dare a Lee be on a 20 minute timer have absolutely any relevance after that point. This has got to stop! WE WANT TANK JUNGLERS! Lee must be atleast 40% winrate for me to not bitch about him he is NOT allowed to be a useful champion RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE!
