That said, it's kinda dumb to be bringing this up only when it pertains to Lee, and as if they've actually said that.

The most recently Taliyah changes mentioned that they were specifically for pro play.

Yes, because a 48% win rate on a champion that is supposed to be an early game king while we're in an early game focused meta is totally fine, and doesn't need buffs.

Riot never claimed they didnt balance for LCS, they balance for all ELOs.
