Ashe she is the most ideal all around woman of the group. Which is typical of a leadership role.
I'm also thinking Ashe. Leadership amongst chaos is pretty much her character trait.
I see potential for leadership tension between Leona and Ashe. They are both natural leaders, but have rather different approaches to problems, Ashe being a pacifist while Leona prefers the hit-you-with-my-sword approach. Similar to the relationship between Lux and Jinx in the real original Star Guardian team.
Irelia and Riven have some leadership material, but ultimately I think they are more inclined to follow orders than give them.
Shyvana is not a leader at all. She's an anti-social brooder who solves problems by setting them on fire.
Leona would be the leader of the "Old People" Star Guardians
