And here I am all alone in the world. With about 7 people I play with routinely and over half are support mains.

Where we often have the problem of not being able to queue until someone unselects support as a position since to many have it.

Realistically mid should change to 'Wait at least 5 minutes in q just to get your secondary role anyway'

I don't know why you guys are complaining to Riot about this though? They can't help it that nobody enjoys playing support. Support never has been and never will be a desirable role, and someone HAS to take it. So when you click fill, of course you will be filling the position that nobody wants!

This is because support role feel awful this season. Until riot makes the support role feel more meaningful it will continue to be avoided by most players.

There should be an option for choosing a position(s) that you don't want in addition to the ones that you do. For myself, I often wish that I had an equal chance of playing adc/jungle/mid/top but would often rather not play support. Of course autofill can still be a thing with this system, but since choosing fill basically just means choosing support, that forces me to enter queue choosing only two of the four positions that I like playing.
