"Freezes lane under their tower", you know that's impossible right? Freezing lane is essentially stopping the lane minions from moving in either direction. This is done through last hitting so that the minions kill each other off at the near same time. Causing the lane to,"freeze", usually in the middle. This is impossible to do under tower as tower will kill all the minions and reset the lane each time. This reaction gif would work better with fed enemy ranged freezing lane as a melee champion.
