create - a - kit, how bad can it get?
The rules are simple, use current champion abilities to create a custom kit thats either supper bad or super bad to play against.

passive: +1 AP when you hit enemy champions with a spell, +5 for kills
Q: To suck the life out of auto attackers and because of the E's requirements
W: Because you should never be able to catch me
E: For that sweet AP stacking synergy with the passive
R: Because why not instantly 100-0 everyone when you're exceeding 2000 AP per game?
Passive: Max health burn, plus explosion, plus empowering all the other abilities cast by the champion. (need to imagine the empowered set of abilities)
Q: Long range AoE on a short cooldown. Wonderful with the passive.
W: For escape or for chasing down all those sweet kills with the resets.
E: Bouncing silence damage, if two enemies are alone together it sets off the passive nicely.
R: So many AoE AP scaling ultimates to choose from. So many no-go zones to create. So hard to choose.
Or, could go / for R to further empower the other abilities.
Or, 's R just to be even more evil.
Shaco's W: Because fear boxes Jhin's E: Because extra slow on top of fear boxes Teemo's R: Because stacking mushrooms on top of previous skills. Blitzcrank Q: Just for pulling them into the above. Nautilus Passive: For making sure they stay in the above after Q.

Passive: 
If you're in a bush, you can jump on them with your auto.
Q: 
Makes your next auto have increased dmg. Every unit you kill(Any way) increases the damage by 1

4th auto does extra damage.
E: Passive damage increase, activation makes your next auto have triple the bonus.
R: 
See all champs on the map, and you can TP to any one bush.
Basically, stay in a bush for years on end, and then completely decimate the next person to come near it.
