Create your Champion! Kind of... (Game)

Here's a game I thought of. Aside from the fun factor, it can help improve and open new ideas for Champions.

Here is the game and rules:

1. Must use existing abilities in the game
2. Only one Ultimate
3. One passive
4. No repeat within QWE abilities
5. Should be range or melee
6. Transformation abilities are bound to one of the forms and all the abilities in chosen form (ex. Nidalee R: "Spear form" OR "Cougar form")
7. Not necessary, but you can note whether an ability damage type is magic or physical (ex. Nidalee spear: Javelin Toss (phy))

I'm still thinking of possible incompatibilities within abilities and functionality so if you think of something, you can point it out! You can try to think of a really OP Champion, one that would be really fun to play, or just something similar you'd like to see the future. Lastly, this is just food for thought and mostly for FUN.
