Wow, i sure do love playing against riven.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this champ mechanically, damage wise, cooldown wise or itemization.

I mean, ive beat her with Maokai, Malphite, you can beat her with Taric.... many champions actually once you know how she works. Mordekaiser is pretty fun into her if played right as well.
