Epic Master Yi ultimate: Sword Boots: Master Yi equips his sword boots for 10 seconds, slowing him by 50% (they heavy swords). He then gains AD equal to his movespeed. If he has boots, then his Alpha Strike does double damage for the duration. If he has tier 2 boots, Alpha Strike damage is tripled instead.

Dude no. That will do nothing for him as a character. It will just piss off low end bronze players and some silver players even worse.

His ult isn't his problem. His problem is that CC completely shuts him down because he has no choice but to build like an ADC.
