Iverns ability to take monsters essence should allow the red and blue monsters to follow him once the monsters do and disappears, the monster repawns in the Forest. (ivern is friend of forest) Ivern should be able to control what creatures are in it dont you think? Thank you for hearing this.

Actually that would be a pretty interesting mechanic to implement (like Mordekaiser's dragon interaction), but I think there should also be some compromises. I feel like this change is going to be really abusable for Ivern in the early game and that'll probably change how he's played early-mid game. Because it's not that Ivern's early base damage was low, he has a lot of base damage to work with (w on-hit, root, and shield explosion). So if you add the damage from double buff camps on top of that (plus red-buff and Daisey at 6), I think he would actually be broken. Ivern's weak point before he gets his first two items and starts teamfighting is that he has a low health and mana pool because of how he farms his camps. Because of that enemy junglers can abuse his low hp and try to kill him in the jungle. That's why I think if he does get this change he would have so much damage and extra hp bars to work with at early levels that it would nullify his weak point and remove any sort of counter play (imagine if Ivern triple buffs the enemy like he does now and running into the enemy camp and beating down the enemy jungler with 3 camps plus his ranged-empowered autos, he'd probably be perma-banned).

I think if you want to implement this change, it should be like the new Evelyn in that he doesn't unlock this ability until 6, that way it doesn't remove his vulnerability in the early game but it also buffs his mid-late game thematically (it's like Kha'zix's ultimate evolution and how he can pretty much have his ult up permanently under the right circumstances). I think if you pitch your idea with this tweak it would be a great addition to Ivern (although personally I think Ivern is in a very good spot right now because he fits the meta and can do everything he's supposed to very well lol).

Another thing was that initially, when I read your post, I thought what you meant was that you could carry the lingering buff with you and choose who to donate it to. That "could," and I emphasize could, be an interesting mechanic and further improve the quality of life for laners who are getting the buff (so Ivern can harvest them asap when they spawn and wait for the laners to come back from base or even surprise the enemy by giving the top lane Jayce red buff right as he ganks top lane since no one expects top to get red). But that also has its flaws since one, it wastes Ivern's time (even though he can technically mark all his camps, then do the delivery, then return to harvest), and two, passing off buffs will most likely reveal his position and that's bad for him unless the laners meet him in the jungle but then that would defeat this update's purpose.
