There is no joke. But it has become such a meme, I don't know if I can post this anywhere else.

Most of the dislike stems from things like the Ardent meta and how long Riot took to bring it into line. Not to mention the Galio Q buffs.
I don't blame the balance team: there are a lot of champs and many new every year, a lot of items and runes. There are SO many variables that is mindblowing to imagine.
If is not already like this, Rito should consider to develop an AI to do that job. I don't say this would solve the problem, but I think that it would be a huge help to that team.
People turn every thing into a meme to discredit what they want. Why cant when you see something bad you call it bad because it is bad. How dare you say that something is bad dont you know some one worked on that. Without much effort put into it apparently hell i dont sit over your desk watching you do your work so i can only judge what you do by the apearently lack of work you put out whole Christmas break and come back 2 weeks into the new year with a 10 champion patch 1 or 2 of which is bugfixes and the rest are nerfs to champions that no one asked for.
