Garens ult should scale it's damage based on how many times he's DEMACIA'd since its last cast. Like Cho stacks but with SHOUTING. And when he hits a DEMACIA threshhold the shout becomes global and his next ult cast Stuns every unit on the rift for 2 seconds while he screams JUUUUUSTIIIIICE at the top of his lungs for the entire 2 second duration.
