I saw after the Kassadin lane buff on his shield that he dropped in win rate. So therefore I believe that he needs another buff to his lane phase. Maybe add more damage to his Q as well maybe 5. Or up to 100 cause I know rito loves un balanced champs. But I think a like 150 at lvl 1- 400 at max lvl is far enough for his shield buffs. Rito make it happen or ima cry until he is so OP that he is a must Pick/Ban.
