Not nearly as much as you think. Rather, they gave him the "tank ekko" treatment. Minor nerf (tank vik still 97% as strong as before; completely playable) and buffed ap ratios to highly incentivize building more ap on him. So maybe it is what an embarrassing meme-er we have here.[slayer-jinx-wink]
