Ming because she is not a furry.
Ahri ult negates li-ming blinking away cuz she has 2 more charges. Ahri wins in close-range combat and can dodge out on li-ming damage while closing the gap. She also has charm to prevent more damage from li-ming. Ahri wins hands down. The better question... Cho'gath or Diablo?...
