Greetings fellow summoners!

As I have recently acquired the prestigious rank of gold, I have decided to release a guide on how to Git Gud

First up, learn to cs. Farming is paramount to success. And due to this importance, anyone who gets in the way of this farming is your enemy. Your jungler taxes your lane after getting you a kill? Tell him never to gank your lane again. Blitzcrank hooks in the enemy, but kills a minion when he ults? Make sure to kindly let him know he is single-handedly ruining the game and you hate him. At the end of the day, the winner is the person with the most personal farm.

Up next, use your abilities on CD every time. The only real cap to any champion is how often they can use their abilities. You can always recall and get more mana, but you can NEVER get back the time you wasted saving that skillshot. Even if you don't ever land it, you will scare the enemy into submission with your raw audacity.

Next, you need to learn to value your allies. Yes, they are all horrific morons who need to uninstall and literally are the worst you have ever seen. But you must learn how to tell them that in the right tone. The key is don't insult their gameplay as that will only frustrate them. Instead make sure to insult them as a person. It gets the point across, but doesn't make you look like a jerk.

Don't hold onto summoner spells, they barely mean anything. I should know, I have godlike reflexes, and yet 9/10 Flash doesn't even take me over that wall. Quite simply flash is a noob trap

Finally, if all else fails, just play Soraka and build Ardent Censor. Seriously that is all it takes. I didn't get any better at the game, I just played Soraka and built Ardent Censor, and got gold.

The strat with Bananabae won't work after the next patch with the healing getting removed.

I was a Chogath main before he got his ult changes or Stoneplate or any of the 21,000 buffs he got in those patches and I'm kinda sad that he went from "oh cool you main a non-meta champion" to "fucking freelo scumbag"

Not to be mean, but why a Gold 5 player, who is basically Silver teaches people the same as him how to play ? Your winrate is also terrible, you have only 51% winrate in Gold 5. This guy might think that i hate him or something, but this really eats me inside. Every day there's some new Gold V player who makes tutorials how to leave bronze-silver etc. Of course i will get downvoted to oblivion because this thread is made by a mod (or warden, how you call them here), and majority of players here is in Silver so they think that everything past Gold 5 is high elo. This message might even get deleted by him because of "rank shaming", but this really is not a shame. As if Silver 5 player wrote a thread "How to climb out of bronze". If you really want to climb up from silver, just look at the minimap. That's it.. Just vision.
