So, in Demacia, there is no magic, only J U S T I C E(Garen Garen Garen ) In Noxus, indiviual power is revered, and magic is accepable to show your strength.

But more Demacians have AP scalings than Noxians.

Demacian champions with AP Scaling: Sona Lux JarvanIV Fiora Lucian Poppy Quinn Galio XinZhao Shyvana

Noxian champions with AP Scalings: Sion Swain Leblanc Cassiopeia Vladimir Katarina Annie

RITO THIS IS LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE. THIS MAKES NO SENSE.

Noxus knows what it is. Demacia is a bit confused.

AP =/= magic

How many of those champions for each are full AP viable?

However, Noxus has more Mages and actual AP champions, so it balances out. AP Demacians are actually just an alternate path you can take to make them turn into Noxians.

I'm sure the lore will get changed again at some point to something a little less cringily black and white. Like that Demacians respect good, honest magic that strengthens or protects, or overhandedly obliterates the enemy while abhorring black magic that corrupts and deceives.

Poppy I could take this seriously if poppy's w didnt fizzle after one dash and actually became something that you picked to shut down champion dashes considering it still has a super long cooldown

You are counting champions. If you count individual abilities and passives, 26 Demacian abilities contain AP scalings, compared to 27 Noxian abilities. That's not counting LeBlanc's mimicked abilities, nor Sona's individual power chords.

I may be procrastinating slightly.
