Yasuo is actually a weak and underperforming champion.
His kit is currently somewhat unhealthy. Riot will be addressing this in his upcoming update
I mean, you're entitled to your incorrect opinion that Yasuo is healthy and balanced...
But I do like the gif.
There are so many more busted and much more annoying champions to play against than Yasuo I don't get what's the problem with people on the boards who genuinely hate him ie I'd lane against a Yasuo over a Fizz or a Zed any day (even if I counter pick them or get counterpicked by Yasuo)
Balanced? Myb Healthy? Nope
I personally don't mind playing against yas. I feel if I somehow lose against him, I was outplayed.
He is squishy, and is melee, si he's easy to target. With exaust, it slows down his movement and attack speed, so he does less damage and is temporarily harder to build his sheild.

Just like any champ, he's strong when fed. But as a Morde main, I love going against yasuo, Ez lane

i find him semi balanced, but hes annoying and his ult has too little cooldown, its that simple

Yasuo is not in an OP state right now. Champ is designed to pop off if he gets a huge lead but regardless there are many ways to shut him down at all stages of the game if you pick a semi-intelligent comp. Back when tank top yasuo was in the meta i'd agree with everyone complaining hes OP but atm hes not a big threat
