ornn isn't the only champion still waiting for a skin. Taliyah was released almost 4 years ago and hasn't gotten one outside of one riot was forced to make. Hell, Kalista was released over 5 years ago and hasn't gotten a skin outside of esports skins. it is amazing that champions that were release after got skins before him, just look at neeko and quiyana, also it isnt like ornn's is in volibear or udyr state where they need to be rework and have a VU he is even more popular than ivern(who can still use a high quality skin)
so many concept that would make him great, like santa ornn, an april fool skin where he looks more like a goat, a dragon skin, a train director skin and more but nope, ornn isnt flashy like akali nor just a cute easy to look at like neeko so nothing for you

To be fair I hardly ever see an ornn player when I play. in the last 100 games of league I have not had him in my team or as an opponent.
Let's shave him and release that as a skin. Wonder what we get from shaving all the fur on him.
