This one doesn't work because the well deals PURE damage. The difference between True damage and Pure damage is that Pure damage ignores all invulnerable and revival effects.

spawn laser turret (aka Nexus Obelisk) ignores the following:

Undying Rage. (is not put on cooldown however) Tempered Fate.* World Ender. Lamb Respite. Cosmic Radiance. Chronoshift. Intervention. Riposte (even if it has a .5 second reaction time)

Nexus Obelisk obeys the following:

Cell Division. Glory in Death. Rebirth. mounting and dismounting. / Stasis.

however, these champions will still be zapped by it even after triggering. (i.e. Eggnivia will be zapped still). in addition it is Pure Damage meaning it ignores Armor/Magic Resist.

*Tempered Fate cannot effect the Obelisk itself but the Obelisk does obey Stasis. so if you are playing you can be a total asshat and ult the enemy while they are in spawn still.
