Roaming Teemo Support 3-Step Guide

The Ecdysiast·6/17/2019, 6:48:42 PM·52 votes·11,065 views

Step 1: Make sure you don't discuss with your teammates what you're doing. This will ensure that when they report you for griefing, it's legitimate. If you discuss it and they ask you not to do it because it doesn't work with the team composition, do it anyway and blame them when you go negative and lose!

Step 2: When questioned about whether or not you care about being a team player, respond with, "I don't give a fuck about them, they can dodge if they don't like it. I'm playing this game for me and everyone who doesn't bow down to my whims can fuck off."

  • Optional Step 2.5: When mentioning your performance, boost the win rate about 20%, that way when it turns out you actually lose a majority of the time, you can fall back on people who believed you without checking.

Step 3: When correctly punished for griefing, remember to whine and call anyone who reported you a **ck-sucker on the boards, twitch, and twitter. -- But ONLY if it was a popular streamer with a lot of haters. This will not work if you try it against someone beloved by the majority or unknown.

#Follow these simple steps, and you too can have continuous loss streaks that demote you an entire League that you have to make up for by playing Leona properly. Just like our pal Nubrac!

Step 4: ignore all context so you can circlejerk about it on the Boards.

Step 5: Fear all off meta play until a pro does it themselves. Then play it ad nauseam because the context of the pick doesn't matter, only that it was picked.

Step 1 : Shouldn't matter. People aren't obligated to do what you want them to do. This is the misconception with being a team player. Most people holding this position would not say the same thing applies to virtually every other aspect of the game. They just want to apply it specifically to this case for some reason. If your team mate said "Hey, don't take ignite as my mid laner, I'm not comfortable with that," you'd tell them to go fuck themselves and do what you wanted and it'd be perfectly okay. You can't make an argument, in principle, for why one's okay and the other isn't.

Step 2 : He actually didn't say that. He was polite and neutral in the way he handled it. When the game's starting, NB3 looks up his match history and it's almost entirely filled with Teemo games where he's winning and defends Nubrac saying he's on fire n' what not. This idea that you know better about the winrate of his strat than him is pretty ignorant, too. I GUESS you're assuming that all 400+ games where he's played 'as a Teemo' is indicative of 'as a Teemo support in mid/top/etc... with this particular strategy,' which isn't the case and can be deduced by the simple fact that he said in the video clips that he's played about 50 games of it.

Step 3 : Nubrac didn't make this into a situation, NB3 did. NB3 was the one who decided to flame the guy, insult him, threaten to contact Riot employees who were his friend on stream, and AFK'd in the fucking game. Stop pretending reality is inverted.

And let's be honest, pretend you were Nubrac and you thought you had a good idea that worked. Now imagine how you'd actually play the game if everyone dodged because nobody wanted to try out your new strat because everyone's sweaty and doesn't want to break away from the meta.

I know someone could default this to "you shouldn't be trying it out in ranked, you should be trying it out in normals!" But assume he already did that and it was successful a majority of the time. Why wouldn't he try to use that sort of cheese to get higher in ranked?

It's so beyond me that so many people think that they have a case as to why Nubrac should be banned and why NB3's behavior is warranted. You literally have to be the most self-absorbed, dense %%%% in the world to hold this sort of philosophy and judging from what little I know of NB3 and what even his followers have said about him, I don't think it's inaccurate a claim.

I had a guy telling me that picking support and then ditching ones ADC to die while going to sit mid and leech EXP without saying anything is not griefing and its just my opinion that it is x)

Sometimes boards are just ......just.........like that.

I'm watching that debate Nightblue 3 had with Nubrac yesterday right now.

Died laughing when he was comparing his strategy to what Alicopter does [sg-miss-fortune]

You didn't mention how you reach master by "griefing". I'd really like to know that. Or maybe he's Faker 2.0 and he'd be Challenger rank 1 with 9001 LP if he didn't "troll"?

Thank god, someone who actually has working brain cells.

Good meme.

Optional Step 2.5: When mentioning your performance, boost the win rate about 20%, that way when it turns out you actually lose a majority of the time, you can fall back on people who believed you without checking.

IIRC, he said "with this strategy", not "with Teemo".

  1. At the end of the Riot v. Singed controversy it was stressed "You can do off-meta strategies, just be sure to communicate with your team about it." : X

And btw, this is why NA is just a joke region. You have to be a meta slave. Enjoy being clapped 3-0 by EU every time. Europeans, Koreans and Chinese are not afraid to experiment.

Didn’t the guy have like a 70% winrate or something though

That’s a weird definition of loss streak, his strat seemed to be working.

Edit: I got the number from watching NB3, https://youtu.be/3OfvaUJtnFs, I never even heard of Numberac before this happened and as far as I know, I haven’t heard him brag about his WR

So you are telling me that tour 25 % wr poppy at iron/silver is ok but his 48 % wr termo support at máster is not? Hummm

It doesn't matter if my "new genius strategy" messes up my teammates lane. As long as am winning, it is very effective.

Ban em both... Fuck em.

Also, how is the community talking about these peeps and just contributing more money by getting more viewers to their streams... I am getting to old for this shit.

God I wish the boards would just get over this garbage already and start going back to actual balance discussions. Absolutely nothing about the patch despite having a brand new champion and they're turning Pyke into the next Akali.
