It means the character that has feet shaped like V instead of looking more like an actual foot.
Very low-poly feet.
It's related to the "(>" shapes some old models have for their feet. This heavily resembles a slice of pizza when looked at from the right angle, hence the term "pizza feet".
Sometimes this is extended to general blocky feet that don't quite meet that definition as well.
