Just depends on how I am treated. I can either Land every hook or miss every hook. It is up to the ad to treat me well.

I always go full CDR and max my skills EWQ (the slow that get's to 99%, the ability that resets my cooldowns,which is affected by CDR and then the bombs.)cause you know, everyone complains about 
slow when has a, may I add
NON DIMINISHING OR SCALING OVER TIME 99% SLOW cause, y'know....33 second cooldown revives and a 99% slow/ally speed boost with a cooldown reset so there is only like .3 second in-between slows by level 13 or so.... it's hilarious when somebody tries to backdoor but you just 99% slow them and stun them for like 20 seconds for your team

after supp item, but really I'm planning to be a second toplaner/midlaner.

Upvote for Shadow the Hedgehog and also the idea of Shadow being a support. I loled.
Blitzcrank comes to mind for the latter . . . don't like your adc? Grab the enemy assassin and laugh.
There is actually a third which is the group I'm in.
Those who are confident they are the best support in the group in almost every group and can't trust anyone else to do it.
That moment, when you realize you started as the first one, but ended in the second one cause people are boosted monkeys and you need to carry them with Ap Sona, Nami, Blitz or even Adc Soraka in a ranked game
