Pikachu face emote. We want it now (please)!

Am I the only one that is waiting for Rito-san to release a "Pikachu face meme" emote (preferably Gnar's face)? While we are on the topic of Amazing ideas. "Poro Gnar Skin", "Project Rakan" (and Xayah). If not possible, I will be happy with Project Rakan (or all of the above). Thx Rito (P.S. Delete Teemo (just kidding of course)).
