Fed Renekton vs. Fed Fizz: Who will win?

Awful Renekton player tbh. Didn't use empowered W and didn't ult until the last second. Not to mention he actually let his fucking E get interrupted by Fizz's ult. This is actually why Riot keeps buffing Renekton. Everyone thinks he's weak because everyone who plays him sucks.
