Instantly reminds me of this Fullmetal Alchemist Scene
What happened was he died to Red. Beforeyou could eat him (don't ask me how this happened) he managed to take off 99% off Lucian's health, thus leaving him with very little hp and burning because of red buff.
At first i didn't see what happened, but after putting my Gunnar Gaming Glasses (http://www.gunnars.com/) on i was able to see clearly how rengar completely annihilated the Lucian.
