He's clearly giving the enemy free kills so that they have a bounty. Once that bounty reaches ultimate gold value, Yasuo is going to 1v5 the entire enemy team and bless his team with free gold.
I'm more impressed with the 47 kill total at 18:30. That's 2.6 a min, a death every 22 seconds, like wtf.
